Hubbard Farms has been a multi generational family-run farm for many years. The original Hubbards who opened their booth at the market handed over their space in 2015 to start the next generation of farming for themselves. They offer fresh, seasonal produce grown with care in Carbondale, Illinois. They provide everyday staples that shoppers look forward to each week plus special seasonal offerings not commonly found in other places. They offer plant starts, tart cherries, gooseberries, sunflowers, blueberries, blackberries, squash, heirloom tomatoes, beans, pears, a variety of peppers, eggplants, pumpkins, and more.
